Brighton Youth Orchestra String Ensemble
Under the advice of the Government and Department for Education we are working hard to get the Brighton Youth Orchestra String Ensemble back up and running as soon as possible.
Until we can see you again in person, here are some Virtual Music Centre Activities to suit current BYOSE Members.

BYOSE is an award winning course based ensemble open to string players working for grade 8 or beyond. It is principally the players in BYO and auditions are held concurrently with BYO auditions and seating auditions. Other musicians of the appropriate standard may apply.
The ensemble has performed several times at the Royal Albert Hall for the Music for Youth Schools Prom. They regularly collaborate with choirs and dance artists and once a year, have an intensive rehearsal and performance programme on the Isle of Wight. The ensemble has performed in such prestigious venues as the Japanese Embassy, Inveraray Castle in Scotland in addition to giving an hour long live performance on Classic FM.
