Will the organisation have a new name?
No. The service is and still will be known as ‘Brighton & Hove Music & Arts’.
Will my teacher stay the same?
There were no changes to teaching staff as a result of this transfer.
Have your contact details changed?
Since 1 July 2017, our contact details have changed.
Our new general email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org

There have been no changes to:
In-school activities such as Soundmakers and instrumental/vocal lessons.
Out-of-school activities such as the Music Centre, Summer School, tours and concerts including the School’s Christmas Concert.
The venues for lessons, Music Centre activities and ensemble rehearsals.
We still issue invoices which contain full details of how to make payments. Online payment is also available via the website.
The service’s office staff have remained the same. Brighton Dome & Festival Ltd worked with the council to ensure the continued use of the service’s office space in County Oak Avenue.
Our existing, robust approach to safeguarding has not changed. All procedures relating to safeguarding are outlined in our Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy.
The service will continue to be the lead partner for SoundCity, the Music Education Hub. It will also continue to be supported by the Parents & Friends Association.
